Meaning
Fix your mind on Me, and your intellect in Me. Then you will certainly live in Me alone hereafter.

This beloved verse gives the highest practice: 'Fix your mind on Me alone, let your intellect rest in Me. Thereafter you shall dwell in Me; of this there is no doubt.' Krishna gives the most direct instruction of the devotional path. 'Mayy eva mana adhatsva' — fix your mind (manas) on Me alone (mayy eva). 'Mayi buddhim nivesaya' — let your intellect (buddhi) rest in (settle into) Me.
